Synopsis

In the early 1980s, a new alarm device was invented to correct children's wetting habits: this alarm works with a sensor attached to a bed, ringing whenever the bed is wet. Children were forced to get up when the alarm rang. How did this device affect DJ Tiësto's childhood?

  • Rene Pannevis studied film direction at Utrecht University and New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. He began working at Wieden+Kennedy in Amsterdam. His short films Ben King Midnight, Junkie XL, and DJ Tiësto were screened at the Brussels Film Festival, Palm Springs Short Film Festival, and Singapore Film Festival.
