Synopsis

One day, an indie musician named Danpyunsun heads to Jeju. Danpyunsun takes a tour and sings old songs about different sites that are ironically losing significance and being forgotten amid the growing popularity of Jeju as a resort island. He also walks with a 90-year-old lady he met in Seonheul-ri. Reflecting his new feelings about the island, he composes a new song and performs it solely for the old lady in Jeju on a snowy day.

  • 1978년 서울에서 태어나 2006년 한양대학교 문화인류학과를 졸업했다. 2008년부터 2010년까지 영화, 출판 번역작가로 일하다가 2010년 제주도로 이주했다. 이후 프리랜서 라디오 프로듀서를 거쳐 현재는 제주에서 음악영화를 만들고 있다. 2016년에 만든 단편 <지꺼지게 Turn Up!>은 12회 제천국제음악영화제에서 상영되었다.
