Synopsis

Two boys need to become one in order to fulfill their biggest dream. A cruel war has taken two brothers’ home. Their mother protects them under her arms and fosters the seed of their new life, anxious her sons could come in danger if they leave the house. But the boys chase their dream to play a instrument they’ve fallen in love with: a beautiful Oud.​

  • Ahmad Saleh, a director based in Germany, studied digital media at the Bremen University of the Arts. In 2012, he created his first work , and his graduation project won the Golden Oscar in the Foreign Animation category at the 2016 Student Academy Awards.
