Synopsis

​This film is a Belgian-Bulgarian coproduction, featuring the Sentimental Swingers and jazz musicians Mihail Yossifov, Velislav Stoyanov and Dimitar Shanov. This film presents Bulgaria to the world in a quite different, intimate way. Filled with music, memories and sensations transmitted by the musicians, the story is also told from the perspective of the Belgian director, who has been living in Bulgaria for 10 years. He wanted to give something to this country that gave him love.​​

  • Andre Chandelle is a Belgian director and screenwriter. Most of his works have been produced for Belgian television, ranging from music shows to war documentaries, and he has made dozens of works for French TV channels as well. He has been living in Sofia, Bulgaria for over ten years and works in Belgium, France, and Bulgaria.
