Synopsis

The respective heads of the Canfield and McKay families try to settle an old score, but by killing each other, they merely perpetuate the old feud. Among the many gags is the train ride that zig-zags around obstacles, a wild chase through the mountains and a hair-raising rescue at a waterfall.​​

  • Born as Joseph Francis Keaton Jr. in 1895 in Kansas, USA, Buster Keaton earned his nickname after surviving a fall down a steep staircase at six months old without injury. Following in the footsteps of his comedian parents, he began performing on stage at the age of four and made his acting debut in 1917. As both an actor and director, he left behind numerous masterpieces, including Sherlock Jr. (1924), The General (1926), and The Cameraman (1928). He passed away in California in 1966.
