Synopsis

After four decades, a group of veteran singers gather together again. The songs they wrote when they were young had once changed the fate of the island. However, time took away their youth and changed the island’s soul. Not only a new national identity has formed but so many new music genres have emerged since then. On that memorable night in history, the veteran singers reunit and sing those beautiful songs they wrote 40 years ago.​

  • 허우 시우란은 감독, 시나리오를 비롯한 작가로 활동 중으로 단편 <스타더스트 15749001>으로 데뷔했다. 1970년대 후반 타이완 영화의 ‘사회주의적 리얼리즘’을 발견하고 재정립한 장편 다큐멘터리 <타이완 블랙 무비>(2005)는 도쿄, 부산, 로테르담 영화제 등지에 초청되었다. 2010년에는 장편 <어느 날>로 극영화 데뷔를 했고, 2012년에도 극영화 <늑대가 양과 사랑에 빠질 때>를 만들었다.
