Synopsis

As Kanna prepares for her drag show, her sister's ex-husband, and her first love, appears before her.

Program Note

Kanna is about to make her debut in a drag queen show when Byeongbae, a man she grew up with, visits her. Kanna loves her brother, but Byeongbae wants to be her older brother. As Kanna's nervous body continues to freeze in anticipation of her debut, her heart grows sharper and sharper, unable to express her love. The theme of MTF transgender people's unrequited love is somewhat clichéd, but “Shed, Kanna!” has the power to stare honestly and purely at a broken and fragile heart. Newcomers Lim Ji-ho and Noh Jae-won also make a solid impression with their individualized performances. (Kim So-mi)
