Synopsis

​ An aspiring musician, Sejin says she gave up music, but she still sings at jazz bars on weekends. Yeo-Ne While singing as he does on weekends, he runs into Eun-young, the best friend of his ex-girlfriend Min-kyung. Out of the blue, her guitar He reluctantly accepts her offer of guitar lessons, but the more time he spends with her, the closer he finds himself to her. As his feelings for Eun-young grow, he cautiously confesses his feelings, but is shocked by what she reveals.

​ There is a woman who strives to discover her talents and a man who yearns to relinquish his. As the woman embarks on learning the guitar under the guidance of the man, they often reminisce about someone they have long buried in their memories—Minkyung. She was once a friend to the woman and a lover to the man. Despite their estrangement, Minkyung's presence remains palpable in their conversations and songs. Dear Renee elucidates the reasons behind this connection, while simultaneously observing the evolving dynamics that music has forged.
