Synopsis

​ Evelyn immigrates to the United States, raises her parents, and struggles to run a dry cleaners, only to find herself under scrutiny from the tax authorities, her husband demanding a divorce, and a petulant daughter. Then, when her husband arrives from another time and place, Evelyn discovers that there are thousands, perhaps tens of thousands, of versions of herself in the multiverse. She must use all of her powers to save the world and her family from a world in crisis.

The music spans various genres unfolding with each chapter. It embodies maximalism, encompassing all musical grammar, including meticulously synchronized Mickey Mousing techniques. The way music is employed in this film to embody the auteurist imagination is excellent, and it also excels as a popular film in maximizing immersion.
