Yongyoot Thongkongtoon

A rising Thai film director and producer, Yongyoot Thongkongtoon also serves as Head of Marketing and International Affairs at GMM Tai Hub. He made his directorial debut in 2000 with The Iron Ladies, a heartwarming film about a transgender volleyball team, which earned him international fame and broke Thai box office records. He has also worked as a producer on films like Mekhong Full Moon Party and My Girl, and is currently working on his fourth film, Metrosexual, slated for release in July.
