Synopsis

*In the Tracks of Gabriel Yared* is the first of a documentary series about the greatest international film composers. As an international composer, Gabriel Yared has written the original scores for numerous films, including *Betty Blue 37.2* by Jean-Jacques Beineix, *Camille Claudel* by Bruno Nuytten, *The Lover* by Jean-Jacques Annaud, *The English Patient*, *Cold Mountain*, *The Talented Mr. Ripley*, and *Breaking and Entering* by Anthony Minghella.

  • He built his audiovisual career working on TV special effects. As an art director, he planned various advertising campaigns for France's leading film production company Gaumont, as well as other TV commercials and special effects. He also led several projects for famous magazines such as *Marie Claire: Cézanne Special Issue*, *Elle*, and *Geo*.
