Synopsis

This film is dedicated to Maurice Jarre, who composed 200 scores for film and 70 for theater music over his 60 years of successful career. From the beginning of his career at the Théâtre National Populaire to the Oscars for *Lawrence of Arabia* and *Doctor Zhivago*, he shares insights into his musical life and unfolds his deepest memories from Switzerland and Los Angeles, where we had the privilege of sharing his intimacy, at the heart of his creative universe.

  • He built his audiovisual career working with special effects for TV. As an art director, he planned various advertising campaigns for the prominent French film production company Gaumont, as well as other TV commercials and special effects. He also led several projects for famous magazines such as *Marie Claire: Cézanne Special Edition*, *Elle*, and *Geo*.
