Synopsis

Charleen is one of those teens who seem to carry the weight of the world on her shoulders. Maybe it’s because of her traineeship at and an undertaker’s, or because of her passion for Kurt Cobain. One day, she decides to call it and quit life. Luckily, her clumsy suicide attempt fails and she gets hospitalized. But there’s Linus, the school nerd whom Charleen meets at the therapist’s. He is weird, but somehow caring, interesting, and fun to be with.

  • 1977년 태어난 마크 몬하임은 어렸을 때부터 사진과 글짓기, 록 음악에 심취했다. 1997년 학교를 졸업하고 뮌헨의 어린이 병원에서 사회봉사를 하는 한편, 뮌헨에 있는 텔레비전과 영화학교에서 다큐멘터리 연출을 공부하여 2008년 졸업했다. 학교를 다니면서 스틸 사진가, 조감독, 세트와 조명 담당 등을 맡으며 영화 제작에 참여했다. 2008년부터 프리랜서 작가로 활동 중이다.
