This year’s poster is a work by photographer Choi Joong-won. It depicts the back of a woman taking in the beauty of nature, holding a brightly colored parasol that stands out vividly against the brilliant blue sky and white clouds.
Having steadily grown as Korea’s only music film festival through its 10th edition last year, the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival aims to offer visitors a sense of relaxation and enjoyment this summer. The trailer for the 11th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival is a visual reinterpretation by director Lee Su-jin of the poem “Rest” from poet Moon In-soo’s collection *Rest*. Set in a serene traditional Korean house (hanok), the trailer captures an ordinary day shared between a father and son, showcasing Lee Su-jin’s delicate and thoughtful direction.
