Synopsis

This film is a voyage through the heart of the 80s with one of the decade’s most iconic bands, Spandau Ballet. This film tells the story of a group of working-class London lads who created a global music empire, but at a price none of them could have imagined. It is a film that speaks not only to fans of the band or those who harbour nostalgia for the 1980s, but to anyone who has ever experienced friendship and loss.

  • 조지 헨켄은 2007년 줄리언 템플 감독의 <섹스 피스톨즈 런던>의 제작부로 영화계에 입문한 뒤 스티븐 스틸스의 공연영상 프로듀서, 줄리언 템플 감독의 <오일 시티 컨피덴셜>, <디트로이트를 위한 레퀴엠>, <런던 - 모던 바빌론> 등의 프로듀서를 거쳐 <글래스토피아>에서 제2연출을 맡았다. 이 작품은 그의 첫 장편 다큐멘터리이다.
