Synopsis

An inspiring documentary that chronicles the rise, fall and resurrection of 80’s metal band Quiet Riot. The career of Frankie Banali, the band's drummer, reached a serious crossroads when his singer and best friend Kevin DuBrow died in 2007. Years later, Banali realizes he must forge ahead and make a new life for himself and his daughter and he goes on a quest to reunite the band and fill the void left by his bandmate.

  • Regina Russell spent 20 years acting in over 50 films and TV programs before stepping behind the camera as a director and producer in 2008. In 2010, she began production on a documentary about the band Quiet Riot. The film premiered at the 2014 Newport Beach Film Festival, where it received a special recognition award for Best Music Film.
