Synopsis

Adil is seven years old and lives in the suburbs of Casablanca. His father is a waiter. He does not like his job and wants his son to aim for a better future. One day, his father takes Adil to a wedding where he is working. There, a traditional Moroccan band is playing. Adil had never seen a violin before and is mesmerized by the instrument. .

  • ​1996년 모로코 라바트에서 태어난 라미아 벤겔룬은 발레와 현대무용, 피아노와 사진을 배웠다. 영화제작에 전념하기로 한 그는 런던으로 이주해 영화제작을 배웠고, 런던에서 여러 편의 학생영화를 연출했다. 이후 파리로 옮겨 소르본대학에서 석사를 취득했다.
