Synopsis

The two best friends, Grim and Axel, have been dreaming of attending the annual Norwegian Championship of Rock since they were eight years old. Together, they formed a band, Los Bando Immortale, but they lack a bass player, and Axel, the vocalist and lead guitarist, can’t sing. Grim hasn’t had the heart to tell him yet, but when they are accepted to the National Championship of Rock, he needs to find a solution—quickly.

  • Kristian Lo made his feature debut with Rafiki: Eternal Friendship at the 2010 Berlin International Film Festival. Prior to that, he directed four short films for children, earning awards. He went on to create his second feature, Tough Guy, and after studying film in the UK, he now works at the production company ‘Filmvin,’ based in Lillehammer.
