Synopsis

Ardeshir suffers from lung cancer and has only six months to live. Ardeshir's son, Satyar is a musician and collects his father's money from debtors in an unusual way. Visiting the debtors one by one, he goes through a journey that unveils one’s life, relationship and how music works to them. The film brings up the fragments of life such as greed, loss, love and connection onto the surface and invites us to see them in different way.

  • ​1974년에 태어난 카베흐 모에인파르는 이란의 감독, 작가이다. 바흐만 고바디, 모흐센 마흐말바프 등 유명한 이란 감독들과 협업하며 영화계 일을 시작했으며, 골든글러브상 수상자인 아프가니스탄 감독 세디그 바르막의 조감독으로 1998년부터 2005년까지 일했다. <또 다른 삶>은 그의 장편 데뷔작이다.
