Synopsis

Su-jung leads an ordinary life, with its fair share of ups and downs. Whenever life presents her with difficulties, she finds solace by sharing them with her two older friends, with whom she created a small neighborhood guitar club. However, her comfortable, ordinary life is turned upside down when her husband drops a bombshell: they are moving to her mother-in-law’s neighborhood.

Confronting her husband about the move would likely lead to a fight, and she doesn’t want that. But if she goes along with the move, she feels like her life will be shattered. So, she decides to come up with her own way of dealing with the situation.

  • Joo Young has served as a programmer and executive chair for the Incheon Women's Film Festival. She has co-directed the short film *Jeju Island Crossroad* (2012) and independently directed the short films *Janghang Station* (2017), *Late Afternoon* (2018), and *Geyangsan* (2019), which was part of the UMP Project at the Ulju World Mountain Film Festival.
