Synopsis

Program Note
This marks the inaugural collaboration between Jorgen Leth, a pioneering Danish director renowned for his experimental documentary work, and the relatively young filmmaker Andreas Koefoed. Over a span of 14 years, Koefoed intimately documented the journey of guitarist Jakob Bro, capturing his encounters with extraordinary musicians revered across generations and borders. The film delves into ontological inquiries, delving into the experiences of esteemed jazz artists like Lee Konitz, Bill Frisell, and Midori Takada. (Lim Seaeun)
