Synopsis

​ A nine-year-old girl with a musical talent, Vera's life becomes extremely difficult on the eve of a concert. Her mother expects great things from her and demands that she practice calmly and rigorously. Her music teacher, a profit-driven man, is increasingly mean to her. She can't stand these hateful lessons. How can Vera cope with her mother's cynicism and hostility?
