Synopsis

In the city of the near future, the pianist Tae-yup uses a ‘muter’ that allows him to hear sound selectively. One day, he and his daughter, Bo-ram, head to a quiet beach to escape the noise. However, he still hears the noise, and his anger causes Bo-ram to disappear. In search of Bo-ram, Tae-yup adjusts the frequency of the ‘muter’ to find her.

  • Born in Jeju in 1985, Go Seong-wook graduated from the Department of Film and Video at Hongik University. His first work, Blind Blues, was screened as the opening film at Hongik University’s graduation film festival in 2012. After graduation, he worked as an assistant director and crew member for six years before producing his second film, Dal Senyo, in 2018.
