Secrets and Stories Hidden in Notes and Chords
Host│Kim Tae-hoon, Bae Sun-tak
Movies don't only have hidden intentions from the director. There are also secret stories within the OSTs that the director and music director have embedded. Through music that is only heard and not seen, we feel emotions like excitement, thrill, fear, and sorrow. Pop columnist Kim Tae-hoon will uncover the hidden codes and messages within the notes that have never been revealed before.
On the first day of Movie Music Codes, Kim Tae-hoon will analyze the OSTs from the opening film Days of Being Wild and Khaosan Tango. On the second day, he will discuss the works of Ennio Morricone, who passed away on July 6th, including those for Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight and Giuseppe Tornatore's The Legend of the Pianist on the Ocean, with his unique, cheerful yet deep commentary.
