Synopsis

Flipside is a film about the world of wax records in Russia. The film unveils the story of the legendary medium for records, very popular in the USSR, undeservedly forgotten during the years of perestroika, and now raised from the ashes. A unique film for music fans, it is a journey through the world of music in the 20th century.

  • Roman Naveskin graduated from Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography and worked in both the film industry and media.

  • Stefan Polivanov studied photography at the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography and later studied cinematography at the Moscow Film School. He is currently working as a cinematographer and computer graphics expert.
